Sorry to say not a big fan of this, re being a Russian, it's ok for a weekend but a full week of it?

Its not a full week.

The mission was put on thursday morning and should be online until the start of todays priavte operation (when the public goes down for the time).

Unless somebody magically decided to change the shedule this should be the case.

Missions rotate thursday morning  and sundays after the end of the private operation.

As it's a brand new mission we decided to run it for a week to give Scofer a good chance to find and fix any bugs, and lots of people were excited for the change of scenery.
The schedule shows the next change on Wednesday.
After that it will be back to the standard 3 day rotation.

Be grateful we don't just have 2 missions and run them for 6 months each, like in the good ole' days.  ;-)

As a non-fan of being Russian, I just thought I would mention a top point for me playing this yesterday afternoon. Having taken an Outpost and a short but frantic close range AT fight against counter-attacking Bradleys (apologies to anyone who got a face full of backblast..), the Whiskey pickup and withdrawal while under fire from approaching Abrams was suitably epic - The Hip came swooping in over the mountains, we piled in and took off. Tracer was zipping past at close range, and was returned by the door gunners with flares being pumped out as the pilot got to speed to dodge away down a valley. Really wish I had recorded it!!

I've loved this mission in testing and the once I managed on the pub server.

It's awesome doing infantry movements supported by BTRs.
I wish there was something in our arsenal to fill that gap. Yeah we have Bradley and Warrior (slow) and LAV which you cant do 'Indian train passenger' with.

Them BTRs are awesome.

Today?

Doubtful. Weapon testing session for the mod team from 8pm. Scheduled for an hour, which means we might get finished before midnight.

With the number of weapons to test that seems more than likely evrik.
