Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus

Has anyone played this game and has any thoughts on it?

It is 50% off at the moment and I am wondering whether to pick it up. I really enjoyed the new order but I see this game has a lot of negative reviews.

Edit: I see there is a demo on steam. I will give this a try.

Wolfenstein has, by far, the best story of any game I have ever played. As soon as I finished "Wolfenstein: The New Order" and "Wolfenstein: "The Old Blood", I have been waiting for the next one. In fact, I completely forgot about it till the day of release.
But if you like a good campaign, extremely difficult, and the best easter eggs, get it. 10/10

I can agree with that but I am hearing that the experience is not the same in The New Colossus

Have you played it warren? Because it sounds like you haven't.
Where do you get from?

I haven't played it, however I have watched the entire campaign, it's easter eggs, so I know it has as good easter eggs as the other 2, and knowing it's difficulties because Sean was on the verge of suicide while I was in a game room with him. 
From everything I've seen and heard I'd personally buy it in a heartbeat, mind you i've watched the entire campaign and watched a bunch of vids on it. That's why I'm holding back on buying it rn, so I can forget the campaign
