No mans sky

So I pre ordered this and forgot about it I realise it's out tomorrow and it seems people are speculating the 3rd person view in ships and the multilayer element. What do people think of this?

Excited to pissed in 2 hours. Submitted a refund request on Steam for the first time ever :/

Yeah im skipping this one. Too much bugs on the release and the game costs 60€ in germany. I will rather put my money on the next Deus Ex on the release if that goes well.

Oh dear. The community is not happy.

2.5GB download for a game that has been in development for 8, yes 8 years! 

It's only been out a day and already slated as repetitive.

Its not about the size. A lot of games these days are rather large because of sound and video files. Most reviews are negative because of the technical state of the game, which is basically a bad console port. Otherwise I feel that the game has similar issues like Elite Dangerous. You have a in game world that is probably bigger than you can figure it out in a player, but there is not much actual content inside it. Some german games journalists found a very good description for Elite Dangerous and games like that.

Imagine the game world like a gigantic ocean, the problem is that it is only 20cm deep.
