We intentionally avoided ribbons which could be overly subjective. And as the pilot is usually the only person that would be privy to their own actions, we thought it would be best to leave it to something which could be gauged fairly. I.e. keeping your vehicle in one piece

As Goodson said, there will most likely be more. Once we get a feel for how these are received we can always start brainstorming ideas :).
Edit: Not all of these were intended to be overly difficult (and in the 'Asset' ribbons case, incentive to not kill a troops worth of passengers). Nevertheless, I'll offer any game in the Steam store to the first person who can achieves all 3 'Leadership' ribbons
