Server upgrade

As many of you know, we have been transitioning our game servers and services to new hardware platforms over the past few weeks. 

The plan is for the Public Server to move to this new platform on Tuesday (tomorrow).

Our experience with our Private Servers show that players should see a noticeable performance improvement, especially during periods of heavy load.

How to connect to our new server:

• If you connect manually using an IP address, then you'll need to use 94.130.133.91
• If you connect manually using game.3commandobrigade.com, then this will automatically pick up the new server
• If you connect automatically using a3Sync, then this will automatically pick up the new server

The Public Server is now running on the new hardware.

Important:

If you're using A3sync to automatically connect to the server, then unfortunately you'll need to manually clear the connection info to connect to the new server.  This is a two step process.

1.  Remove all the 3CB server addresses.  (See the screen shot below)

Select the "online" tab.
Select each 3CB server and hit the red X, to delete.



2. Refresh the 3CB repo.  (See the screen shots below)

Select the "Repositories" tab
Select "3CB A3Sync Repository" and hit "update repo status" (the green arrows)




To check that all is working, go back to the "online" tab and you should see the following. 

The important part is that the IPs are all game.3commandobrigade.com
