I came on later this evening and experienced identical behaviour, with the exception of the racism, which would have got him an insta-ban from me.
If there is a recurrence grab one of us admins on TS so we can administer some special attention.

After >1 hour play in game shadowing him - he's just totally new to the the game and the concept of Milsim style play I think

Around 12.30pm...
He continued to talk over the game while not spawned. I gave him warnings and he fully understood what it meant, but kept doing it.
So he got a days ban on TS from me and was kicked off the game when he continued to argue.

Good job - I'm struggling to reconcile the player I was sectioned with and this guy.... Very odd that he's just not listening - hopefully will learn his lesson and come back prepared to play properly.

(Frankly can't think of too many units that would even give the guy a chance... we're all too nice)
