Reques: More reasonable way to load mortal shells

Current system may be robust but personally I think it's inadequate when it comes to loading mortar shells. 9x HE isn't enough to sustain multiple firemissions. Using the vehicle cargo script to load mortar + ammo already overloads the cargo space of coyote so technically there is no space for extra ammo. The Script will load items to cargo even the cargo is full but I don't  want the extra mortar tubes an plates.
Using HEMTT's as transport is the best option but loading the ammo is tedious. You have to make a loadout in arsenal to carry mortar shells (max of 5. 2 on vest, 3 in brgen type D bb) and then load them to cargo and repeat. HEMTT max capacity is 30 mortar shells so there is a second issue:

The mortar shell is HUGE!.WTF; I can easily fit 3 or more 70cl glass bottles* to my 15l rucksack and bergens main compartment is like 90l. (*a fair analog for mortar shell)
So 2 things: More mortar shells available @ base in boxes and make the mortar shell reasonable size. (this might be ACE issue so I don't blame 3CB)
Tested so far in Apollo Alive Namalsk.

How do the rounds appear do they go straight into the vehicle cargo or are the loaded into a crate first?

Arf, there are 3CB crates with just mortar shells.  These can be zeus'd in.

Our shells are set to have realistic weights

One of the issues is (correct me if wrong) that ArmA 3 does not exactly care how large a item is. The "size" as far as I know is determined by the weight of a item.

There is no war to end all wars.

'Ow' my head hurts...

example-
30x 4.1kg = 123kg

Conclusion: HEMTT max cargo load is around 140kg

surely this is a problem with the ability of wagons to hold weight,  They way it really works is you get the following in ammo for a barrell in a mortor line:

He-143 Rnds
WP-37 Rnds
Illum-25 Rnds

you get 128 rnds on a pallet
4 pallets fit on a 4 ton veh
6 pallets on an 8 ton veh

So that 6 on an SV

all of the allocation in the trailer of the Pinzgauer for a single barrell. ( including trailler)

Wiki info

Both the 4×4 and 6×6 models can tow 5,000 kilograms (11,023 lb) on road; and 1,500 kilograms (3,307 lb) or 1,800 kilograms (3,968 lb), respectively, off-road. It has a range of over 400 kilometres (249 mi) on one tank of fuel, or nearly 700 kilometres (435 mi) with the optional 125 litre tank. The first generation Pinzgauer is available in both four-wheel drive (4×4) (model 710) and six-wheel drive (6×6) (model 712) versions.
