"Failed to connect to server"

As of just now, I'm getting "failed to connect to server" when I try to connect to the TS server....
I was on the ts server (not actively in-game) when people suddenly started breaking up and after a few seconds the connection was lost.
I've restarted/etc but I'm unable to reconnect. I obviously have internet connectivity because this post is written on the same PC that TS is running on...
