Not the British variant (although that is planned) and the author admits it needs some work but could be worth keeping an eye on.

It is not so much a size issue with that. This creates issues with existing and future compatibility. The ammo might not work together with the rest of our mods and the way we play right now. There is also the possibility that future game updates will make the ammo not work properly and then we would be dependent on the mod author to create a fix or adjustments to that.
