Yeah I suggested this too a couple of weeks ago in conversation with some of the guys, Whiplash.
Can't remember the reasons why it wasn't taken up.
I'd be happy to add the 'Operation Repository' creation to my duties if I knew how and if it's workable.

Good point Spirit, here's my initial thought:

Required mods = public server, quick missions (eg MCC); 90% of most people's game time?
Additional mods = operations where notice is given on forums in advance, but I agree that the fewer the better for compatibility across clients (or have an Op Repo!)
