@Snoman - looks like the issue is in the auto fire mechanism on the L16.  The BIS command that I use to implement the auto fires is bugged.  It fails to fully animate the model when it fires.  Hence why you see the mortar fire from its default elevation.

The only solution is to disable the auto fire, which I have done on the dev build.  This fixes the inaccuracy.

Currently we have no set date for a public release, we're still picking up the odd issue and getting those sorted.  Nothing game breaking.  Then we'll have to test within 3CB.  I'd estimate 2-4 weeks but that could change

Its a balance between getting fixes out there, and avoiding spamming groups with continual updates.

No he's right. Bohemia\ACE weighted the vanilla steel mags to weigh less than they should.

I brought it up with Lifetap a while back and he told me that there's nothing the mod team can do because the polymer magazines are the correct, realistic weight.

That one lad from Essex.

When in a weapon, magazines are actually part of the weapon.  They have no separate model. So to have different magazines, style and weight, you'd need different versions of the actual weapons, both visual and config.
