Will we ever be able to attach the javelin to a bipod/ fixed position ? ( question from someone i spoke to from 4cdo )

Not sure why you'd want to? To my knowledge, the Javelin doesn't support that IRL, and it wouldn't seem to provide any benefit from a gameplay perspective. Fixed AT launchers are generally only fixed because they're too massive to carry around realistically.

Actually, a tripod is part of the Complete Equipment Schedule (CES) for the Javelin system and is regularly used, as it allows for a far more stable firing position.

The quick answer is yes. When we do another pass of the weapons and equipment pack, we intend to add in the tripod version of the Javelin. You will have to build it like you currently do, then interact with a deployed tripod, just like the current L7a2 / tripod combination that creates the static weapon. However, that is not our current focus at the moment. We are rapidly moving towards releasing our own Apaches and wheeled Wildcats. Then we will get the Chinooks and Merlins out, before focusing back onto the weapons to fix some outstanding issues and add in new weapons. Hopefully at that point we can add in the tripod Javelin.

Just to build on what Evrik says, they really need more help guys... anyone in the background reading this as a "lurking" member of another unit who has proven modding skills or even just someone interested in putting their experience to the test...

Hit us up - you don't have to join 3CB..... (!)

We have literally 10's of projects from new uniforms, revised weapon models, work on the ridgeback, C130 Hurc, C17, A400 etc etc etc that we all want to see get off the ground. We have an entire set of CVRT models that need work... the list goes on....

You all know how good our quality standards are - but it takes literally 100's of hours to get each model ready and past the Modding Crew's QA.

So roll up.....

I think it was mentioned the reload animations will be revisited when ArmA 3 has made their official changes to that animation.

The L119a1 is scheduled in the next weapon pack update, which will happen after the helicopters. We don't have a model for the L119a2, so until we can find one, it is unlikely.

It doesn't really matter. We don't have a L119a2 model anyway. Without a 3d model, we can't do much.
