Old timers like... Oh.

When the Units mod is released there will be a crewman in normal MTP combat fatigues with crewman helmet and carbine.

Off to France now, au revoir.

Thanks Reddan. The current pistol and holster is something we will probably look at in time as there is a source available to us for a thigh-strapped holster that we can look at including. I've checked out the new pistol feature on the DEV version. It looks good. I am pleased that BIS have published how to include it in mods.

Hello gents. SJ sent me a message on the BI forums asking if I could clear something up:

http://imgur.com/a/M57zQ

In the top photo, the webbing is an off-the shelf set of non issued webbing, which is why the colour is different to the Osprey Mk4 below it. There is MTP PLCE being rolled out slowly however the colours are similar to that on the Osprey Mk4 to keep it in line with PCS.

If you have any other questions about equipment, I'd be happy to help.

Hi Redders, thanks for advising us on this. Quick question about the Osprey webbing. In the picture shown below, you can see the different colour scheme it uses. Is that the default MTP pattern with a new colour scheme or it is just how the colours look when it is applied to that particular material?

That looks like an earlier version of the Ops Panel, possibly from an initial run or from a trials run; Kitmonster.co.uk often stock earlier versions of kit, which could explain that photo.

Here's a photo of my own Osprey and whilst the colour of the cordura PALS loops is slightly different to the rest of the vest, the difference isn't too great.

Ah okay, so the vast difference we see in our reference images could simply be due to different webbing versions. That would explain a lot if it turns out we are comparing apples with oranges. However, the webbing definitely seems to include more of a darker / ruddy brown saturation than the rest of the camo. You can see that in your own photo.

I'll try adjust the MTP accordingly then if that's the case, and colour correct it by eye.

with the newest iteration of ACE there is now the possibility to ...

Headgear can lower player volume and mitigate hearing damage.
Config vars:
protection: % of hearing protection, 1 = 100% protection (no hearing damage)
lowerVolume: % of volume to lower, 0.8 = 80% lowered (player volume will be 20% of normal volume)

Mostly for pilots & crewmans (specially tank crewmans)

... not sure if that is allready setted

Thanks Moeses we have already spotted it though so just need to decided how we are going to implement it.

With the static HMG when it's built and moved to an upper floor. Subsequent raising and lowering teleports the weapon to ground level and can cause the player in the Gunner to glitch into the floor.

Slightly odd, talks to pixels.
