someone draw something ... and i tryed to make it look nice

after a longer discussion with someone who knows nothing about the current coms system we came up with an interesting drawing ....

http://i.imgur.com/xFvbcCa.png .. thats what happens when 2ppl try to explain the coms system to someone =)

( i personaly proud of the Rec / BPT / Special Forces  Section ... with thier Wookie costumes and highpowered rifles and huge scopes )  =)

the common ground was '1-1' section stuff is explained by the guy standing next to you and the 'COD Rambo Wookie Sniper' will be fine with 'We are on 33.2 press numpad 8', But the 'troop stuff' would be nice to have explained to the guy who stays longer then 20min ...

so the drawing came to live and the urge to bring all that into a nicer form following the famous and nice 'Radio Traffic Flow' Chart fashion ...

it ended up something like this ... http://i.imgur.com/XPk6jz4.png  .. as you might see its only one troop or 'the buttom half of the handdrawing' present and its still work in progress the files will be deleted from imgur before 25.06. to avoid embaresmed

so please look at it .. keep in mind there will be an 'extended version' where coy / planes / tanks / artillery will fit in is in the making

troop stucture was ripped from the wiki .. =) https://www.3commandobrigade.com/wiki/index.php?title=Troop_Test

and for the colorblind people i tryed to take the colors as seperated as possible but let me know if you can distinguish the color coding of the different com nets

cheers moeses

If your looking for stuff on radio structure there was a document and images sent out when we change over I'll have a look for it and link it here.

# means that it is a preset channel on your radio. So #1 is channel 1 on your short range with the frequency 31.1.

What is wrong on the signs? I have not actually checked the signs on the current map, but the last signs we used were created by me.

Edit: Quite sure I gave Apollo once fixed ones. Will upload the correct ones..

Here are the correct ones

The signs are only incorrect on the Ursus mission, all the others were updated.

I'm aware of that, but it clutters up the flow chart. We should also encourage the full use of the radio and alternative channels, which means that comms are not lost when switching channels

That is another issue, I was just wondering while the current signs on the map are incorrect and posted the correct ones. :)
