Look at the first vid, 3.00-3.30min when you've got the map up. When it moves or zooms there is a judder or tearing occurring.

was recorded with shadowplay and I use a G-Sync monitor at 144hz so maybe that has something to do with it?

He's getting it the whole mission, regardless of how near or far he was from the Coyotes and whether they were firing, so I don't think so.
Perhaps DangerousDiz could check that screen shake wasn't switched on for some players, as this has happened in Dom's template several times before irc.
