Nice Movement under fire

Very interesting piece.  Notice how that have the L7 and the L110 in the same section.  They obviously put  fire power ahead of ammo compatibility, presumable because they're patrolling so close to their own base

I wasn't sure of the date but it's pre MTP but post reintroducing GPMGs back into the section. I reackon very early 2010. As the sharpshooter was using the L96 too.

The rifle @ 3:34 looks to be an L115A1 as the L96 does not have a fluted barrel, the rifle you see later does look to be an L96 maybe a late version (due to the removal of the foresight) before the L118A1 upgrade.

Edit: Its actually an L115A3 as it has the folding stock.

Its got to be 2007.  1 RA only done 2007 pre mtp so would have been around herrick 7 ish. 

Love this video. 1RA Vikings A to C coy (my regiment and battalion oi oii) from Herrick 16, according to battle order. Wouldn't be 3coy from vikings because they're not a rifle company and rather support. But then again I could be wrong.
