Hello and welcome!
Normally the most busy times are 6pm-11pm GMT (server will go down on weds and Sunday evening as we have private op's and will be less busy during our private patrol op on Friday's)
Public actions happen on most Saturdays at 19:30 which is the most busy time, keep your eye on the Public Events and Operations section of the forum.
