I'm having great games with Jim. Awesome lad. Very professional in a section and a good leader. He's very willing to lead and I'm learning a lot. He already has extensive knowledge of the game and all its details. I would think he's a great addition.
 
I'm quite new here myself, so who am I to say something I guess, but he's definitely welcome to me!
