you can either set a modset for a server on the "online" tab or just add an unlinked modset via the "addons" tab when you hit "modsets" (rop right with the green checkmark)

if you do set the modset via the server, make sure you slect the right server on the bottom (and double check selcted modsets on the addons tab)
and if you it via the modset button, make sure you have only the correct modset selected and there is no server selected at the bottom
