Xmed doesn't work for me... :c
Doing this from memory away from PC so may not be exactly correct, but close enough.
Install mods using the 3CB Public Repo on PlaywithSix.
It will give you three folders where you store your mods:
@xactionui
@xlib
@xmedsys
Also check it created a folder and file..\steamapps\common\Arma3\UserConfig\x39\medsysconfig.hpp
Launch Arma using the 3CB Public Mods Collection on PlaywithSix
At the main menu, click Configure>Expansions and verify that the 3 XMedSys modules are loaded in the list of mods.
When in game, go to Configure>Controls, Custom Controls
Bind Custom Key 1 to the Right Windows Key
Bind Custom Key 2 to the Right Application Key
This will make it like ACE in ArmA 2.
Join the public server.
Pick up some medical supplies (bandages etc) from the XMedSys crate in base.
Press the Right Windows Key (custom key 1) to examine yourself. It should bring up a menu.
If you can see the box and supplies, but not examine yourself, it's an issue to do with the keybinds, rather than the mod not being installed, perhaps.
If that doesn't work report back and I'll think of what to suggest next.
