Sleep deprivation is just a risk of being apart of this group, not just playing Arma

Playing singleplayer on veteran is stupidly hard. The enemy AI have much higher reaction times, will flank to out maneuver you faster and have better accuracy. You'll often find that they kill off your AI friendlies before you even get down the hill. You have to be more cautious with your movements. Try stay low and behind hard cover at all times.

Anyway singleplayer sucks play multiplayer. ArmA is never really about the singleplayer.
