My advice to you Mike would be to come on Teamspeak and speak to us. It seems you've been having a lot of technical difficulties recently, so it may be best to sort these out 1 to 1.

Yeah get on TeamSpeak with us and we'll get you sorted, never fear.

Also Mike, one of us could offer to help using TeamViewer - it allows us to take control of your mouse to sort things out on your PC while you watch - and you can of course kill the remote control at any point. It's like having a tech help in your living room without having to make him coffee.
