TFAR stopped working

Suddenly TFAR is broken for me. I had no updates or any other change on my system. It even worked fine a few hours ago. Now all I get when I
join a server with TFAR or even If I host a server is:

SetNamedPipeHandleState failed.

The plugin itself simply doesnt seem work anymore in the game and on ts.

I have reinstalled TFAR (in all folders that matter) several times and I
also have installed it over pws and without it. So I have pretty much
no damn idea what is wrong with it.

Yes.

Weird thing is that when I got TFAR files from a friend and used them it worked again.

There is no war to end all wars.
