Delete the .synq folder. AFAIK it's a cache used by Six to store your (compressed) mods while/after downloading them. It's also used when diagnosing your mods (compares your current mod files to the original compressed mod files in the .synq folder).

I always remove this whenever it gets too large (mine is currently 19.5GB!).

just set PW6 to store less copies. By default it stores the previous few versions of a mod.
