Make sure the logs are turned on temporarily and check the .RPT file it spits out...

Normally gives you good indication of what the server/client didn't like.

We do have bisigns turned on, so if any of the mod files are slightly different or corrupt it will reject the client from connecting. However does sound like you are getting further in than that.

The BluFor selection button is an odd bug we think is related to using a Headless Client - seems to prevent the normal lobby view you get.

Always make sure to validate steam files too. Arma 3 seems unique in that every time there is an update, something gets borked on the install... I've not encountered that with any other game...

Inside the mission the AGM module checks for each player being up-to-date and kicks them if not. Other players in game should have seen error messages saying that your AGM was out-of-date, but I guess none of them told you.

I've just had a brain wave and fixed the issue with having to click on Blufor to see the slots - it is to do with the Headless Client.

The HC item needs to come after the Blufor items in the mission.sqm. I've verified that moving the HC (manually) down the list and renumbering it fixes the problem. yay
