To what did you set your interface and resolution settings?

I only had this problem when I ran the game in windowed mode and a a resolution that was not 16:9, which is what I use as my normal resolution.

DeeJay are you playing at 4:3? What resolution do you play at? It looks like you're using quite an old resolution ratio - perhaps try a 16:9 one (i.e. widescreen) and you shouldn't get weird interface issues.
