Joystick Issues

Something weird started to happen to my joystick and the pc.

Every time I plug in my joystick and pull out the plug later, after a few seconds my pc appears to massively slow down and every time the mouse is being moved, every movement will produce a beeping sound from my speakers. I have to restart the pc to get rid off it.

Any ideas?

Could it be IRQ issues ? Thought's they'd gone away - but maybe not ?

It is quite weird and my speaksers actually make the noise when I try to click with the mouse. Clicking on something will by the way also not work. I have played around with the usb slots and tried different combinations of where I plug things in but nothing seems to get rif of that issue. Drivers are also okay and up to date.

Also worth mentioning that the BEEP BEEP comes from the speakers, not from the pc itself.

Pretty weird. I felt like flying again and it is still the same issue.

So I plugin my joystick and unplug it. After a few seconds I can move the mouse but clicking on something does nothing and it makes the beep beep sound everytime I click.

Most likely has something to do with the usb port. I borrowed a USB-Hub and now it seems fine.

I (sometimes) have exactly the same trouble with my X-55 and DCS (i dont use sticks for Arma) mouse drifts really slowly across the screen, everything else slows down etc.
I have not managed to replicate this without TrackIR on, so im thinking it may be something to do with that??

I had this with and without TrackIR. The weird thing is that there was a time when it used to be fine. Since the problem has stopped right now after I used a USB-Hub, guess it is somehow related to USB-Ports.
