Bad footage.

I've had one or 2 issues with rendering video from AMDs GVR, which is utter dogsh*t compared to shadowplay. What editing/rendering software are you using?

Also does the "raw" shadowplay export look like this or is it only after it's been rendered?

Why not, surely you can timeshift the file once it's in vegas to any speed you want ?

Hmm Vegas will usually handle pretty much anything. Sounds like it may be an issue with the original. Do your videos save to the same hdd/ssd as you game?

The problem with premier is its designed to work with something at a consistent fps. Which is nigh on impossible when recording arma

ummm, the video feed will only record at a fixed rate you set.

I.e. if the Game runs slower that the recording speed, it should insert copy frames in - it'll look stuttery.

The video files are not varying in FPS... as your game does... That would be a nightmare to manage

As far as I know that's the case with something like FRAPS but as shadowplay and raptr record direct from the gpu the framerate can be variable. I could be wrong though

I don't know about ratpr but when I used Shadowplay it defintively produced variable-framerate video. Obviously makes it very efficient but also makes it very very tedious to work with.

Pretty sure. Causes major audio sync issues. I've used both and must say shadow play is by far the better of the 2

Yeah, it's how shadowplay gets away with a 1-2fps drop rather than the 5-10fps drop many people see with FRAPS or DXTORY. Variable framerate video is actually pretty neat (in terms of encoding/etc) but very few programs can deal with it directly. The 'standard solution' is to run it through handbrake and transcode into a fixed frame-rate. Vegas can work directly with variable frame rate video..no idea if there's a performance penalty, though.
