Hmm bumpy start not sure if its fixed. Pc kept restarting itself any ideas?

Is it seated properly in the PCI slot... You need quite some force to click it in - should be a latch that then clicks and locks it.

Check you have provided power to the card itself. Most need two External PCI plugs 8 or 6 pin to provide supplimentary power....

my bet is one of those... assuming you have the drivers installed correctly ?

Cheers mate pretty sure it clicked i check tomorrow corsair cx600 should be enough to power 2tb hdd 250gb ssd and the gpu right?

Depends, did you actually plug the power cables into the GPU card ? Lots of people forget the card needs more power than just what the PCI slot can deliver... You MUST use the supplementary power cables.
