Kicked off the server before I join

Right click your collection in PWS, and diagnose. Something's gone janky with at least your CBA and Panthera addons, which suggests your entire collection may have corrupted.

Welp in that case, I'd delete the mods in question completely and let them redownload - if they're still janked up after that, then we have to explore some other options :/

Before you delete any mods - have you tried to remove all the repos from PW6 and reload them all in?

It might be worth deleting the .snyc folder in your mod folder that PwS has created, This will not delete any mod files. But it will make PWS check if everything is actually up to date how it should be.

At the very top of your RPT it says "-port=2321"

This is the wrong port for our public server. It should be "-port=2362".

Try running PwS, right click [3CB] Public and select 'Launch Collection'.

When ArmA starts, go to Play > Multiplayer > Remote >
Address: 144.76.162.200
Port: 2362
OK

Look for the public server in the game list (only one entry displayed). Select it and click Join.

I just noticed something else in your rpt:

Current time:  2015/08/30 19:09:59
Version: 1.48.131645

I don't think you've found the most recent .rpt file, given that your date is 30th August!

Run ArmA from PwS with the 3CB Public Repo. Try to join the 3CB public server using the remote, port 2362.

Go to the location SJ indicated and look for an rpt file with today's date and time, such as: "arma3_2015-11-07_13-06-30.rpt"

Paste the contents of that into hastebin and link it here.

Ah nice man! Yea, it's a pain to fully uninstall. I've removed it in the past, and the bloody thing took me an hour before I'd finally located and removed all traces of it. My only real gripe I've had with Pw6 was that there is no simple 'uninstall' (at least that I'm aware of).
