According to their s**t guidelines it doesnt look like it.

New "System" = new windows license

I had this issue with my new MOBO. Contacted ms and was advised to reinstall windows 7, verify using the telephone service and then upgrade again. Bit long winded but as it was a clean install anyway I didn't mind. Hope this helps

My father had a spare copy of windows 7. Had to downgrade to Win7 and upgrade back to Win 10.

Old Windows 7 was no OEM version by the way.

I changed processor, mobo, ram and gpu and windows let me carry on normal jogging.

In fact, the only original part left on my computer is the hard drive which became storage once the M.2 drive got fitted.

Fitted a 64 GB SSD HD .

Set it up to run OS dual boot, but would it be more benefit to keep OS on original HD and run IL2 and other apps HD recording etc. from the SSD?

No, OS on the SSD is a must. You will see big performance gains.

You won't be able to fit much else on the SSD with 64GB. Just have OS and common programs (such as browser, teamspeak, steam etc) on the SSD

Make sure to change your downloads folder to the standard hard drive and also your steam library. It's easy to move your steam library over.

if youre going with 64GB SSD you want to turn off hiberantion and change the swapfile size to a fixed value...

Turning off hibernation will disable the hibernation function but will free up the same amount of space on your systemdrive as you have ram (ie: with 8GB Ram you wille make 8GB of more space available on your systemdrive).
Open CMD as administrator and type:
powercfg -h off

fixed value on swapfile can get you some more freespace as well (and your windows will shutdown fsaster :D)

i would recommend to set both values on 6144MB
(should be enough for all kind of stuff including arma...)

reboot and check your freespace :)

Pair of SSDs here, 130 seems roughly double what I'd expect for an SSD that size currently. If you're intending to run it as your system drive, I'd suggest getting a 200gb as a minimum if you want anything other than just the OS on it - OS and documents etc will easily swell to 70ish gb and leave you having to uninstall games or only install smaller games rather than the bulky modern games that benefit the most.
