FPS degradation over time fix

Fix:
Changes in Arma3.cfg(located in C:\Users\<User Name>\Documents\Arma 3\)
GPU_MaxFramesAhead=0;
GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=0;
 
Background:
Over 1-2 hours of playing Arma3, FPS suddenly drops by 15-20 and stays at that level.  The smoothness of movement is gone. When I looked around I experienced shuttering. Only Arma restart fixes the issue for some
time. I’ve been having this issue if IRC from autumn 2015.
 
My GPU is RadeonR9 280X, OS – Win7 x64. I am unsure if Nvidia users are affected.
