Teamspeak isn't working for me

Increase security level. Cant remember where it is offhand.

Or it could be your user group settings our end if you are a returning player.

afaik you cant even connect with a profile which has not the required security level.
sounds like a permission problem to me (not assigned to guest group).

try to create a new teamspeak ID and connect with that to our server.
settings - identities ( ctrl + i )

if you have the ts server in your favourites you can select the identity on server preferences

he is not in the server guest group, only in 2 "-------------" groups, this might be the problem.
hes trying to create a new id now...
