Given the recent CBA update has reset addon keybinds, its worth mentioning some of the common ones.

All of these are covered in Basic Training; its therefore assumed that Marines+ are all familiar with them and able to use them during Ops

Grenades
Unbind vanilla grenades from either G or Gx2
Instead rebind ACE weapons->prepare/change throwable to G

This is both much safer and gives a far more accurate mechanic for throwing grenades, especially through open windows

NLAW
Double check that you can lock with an NLAW.
TFAR LR additional channel defaults to T, which is a common locking key for the NLAW

Enhanced Movement
Select a custom key by pressing ESC then selecting enhanced movement on the bottom right of the screen, then keys
Bind the custom key to something convenient e.g. SHIFT-C or CTRL-C are generally free of other movement key binds.

Zeus
TFAR SR additional channel may use the same key as your Zeus key.
Please ensure they're different, as constantly pinging Zeus during an Op be a little annoying

Your keybinds are stored in a file in your My Documents folder. If you make changes and then your game crashes/gets force-closed, the changes are frequently lost - so if you set your keybinds and then play for hours before you crash, then that could be why. I'd suggest making the changes, restarting the game, and taking a backup of your A3 profile file :)
