Not allowed to fly ?

The mission currently running on the public server was only just released today (well yesterday now - 30th November) so we haven't been able to edit it yet to make the necessary changes (unlike Invade & Annex which we've tweaked quite a bit).

Generally our rule is that anyone can fly a heli as long as they're on TS [edit: and they're a pilot]

Anyone in a pilot slot and on TeamSpeak with ACRE can fly.

The current mission has only been running for 20 hours so it's not correct to suggest nobody can fly for the last week - the only requirement to fly on 90% of the maps is that you are a pilot and have TS.

Simples.

For the current mission, which is under test this weekend - if you wish to fly you must get that "role" assigned to you by the squad leader - Alpha 1-1 so to speak. He has a control panel available on his mouse wheel so he can assign permissions to crewmen, pilots etc.

Hope that helps - I did try and speak with you yesterday on that mission as I saw you were running on your own towards an objective that had already been cleared, but you didn't seem to have TS working.

It's much easier to get info and introductions once you've got that sorted - if you're having trouble with that log onto the TS server and poke one of the 3CB members for help... :@) we're a VERY friendly bunch I promise
