Casual Wednesday Op on the Pub?

G'day all,

Anyone feel like taking part in a regular casual Wednesday OP on the public server? If we can get enough to run at least two sections (which should be fairly doable with the current mixture of member/nonmember regulars on the pub), it could make for an enjoyable game night. 

Not thinking anything overly "organised" or formal - quick recce or village clearance in Takistan/Syria (possibly Fallujah? - if the powers that be approve of course ). Very similar to what we do most evenings on the public really - just a tad larger and less impromptu - Usually takes around 1-2 hours depending on the location, and has proven to result in some enjoyable evenings in the past (see Nulls A-10 video, and Apollo's recent 'near miss' for great examples). 

Additionally, gives a lot of the newer folks (and prospective recruits) something a little more casual to take part in, and the older folks, their mid week Arma fix.  

Thoughts?

Good idea Arka, it'll be nice to have something to replace the MCC night which people largely lost interest in.

Note however that this week (tomorrow) there is a second run of Stage 1 Training starting at 7.30pm.

I agree with everything said here. I'd be happy to see additional gaming nights (Wednesday or whenever) using Alive and MCC.

I have been talking to Jamie about this.. I think we are gonna look into maybe playing fallujah. Not confirmed yet but check this space for next wednesday.

I think arranging a night on the public that suits most people to maximise numbers is a great idea. I'm not always around for weekend op's and when I get that itch to play sometimes the public isn't too densely populated. Arka led us on a great run up north on the public a few nights ago, I had a blast. And MCC can be brought into the mix pretty easily to add more variety if needs be!
