Cheers for all the input lads.

Currently using Fraps for shorter games (though finding it a tad tricky to keep track on when recording is on/off - guessing it's best to just leave it on, and edit accordingly once complete). In addition to this, also using Dxtory for anything I can see dragging out over an hour or two.

As far as editing goes, just using fcp or moviemaker - depending on how complex/many cuts there needs to be.
