Suggestion for training course?
It has been ages since I did stage one, but I can remember some things mentioned were a part of if.
We had a basic overview over the radios we use and how you use them in general. We also had a small introduction to locating your position on the map without actually having a compass or a gps. Different missions have different loadouts and I dont think there is a real need forfamiliarisation with the BAF Loadouts. AGM is very simple and you can learn it easily on the go.
Also I dont think we need another stage of training for recruits. However I would like it if there would be a optional official training for infantry in general. Not for leadership, or specific roles but just a training that goed a bit more into depth when it comes to playing as infantry. This training should involve stuff you mentioned like navigation, usage of the map and markers and some more tactics for the infantry.
There is no war to end all wars.
