Ok an idea for funny thread came to mind reading LessThanDave's comments about "Whistling in the workplace" being mistaken for Incoming Mortars.


SO this thread is for simple 1 Liners...

Here's mine.

YOU KNOW you've been playing too much Arma when...

...You shout "BREAK BREAK BREAK" over a conference call with your Management team (true!?)

You say "Wait one" on the phone to your family....

it happens to me all the time..

Get a call from someone on a mobile with bad signal..

Client: "Can you hear me ok?"

Me "Lim...yes, the line is fine"

When your wife asks "Who  IS this Roger" ?

(Needs to be said in a husky Russian accent !)

Not sure if this counts, but when someone asks you something and you go "say again".

Also - when someone asks for your postcode and you go "Charlie Mike Three Two ..." (people must give me funny looks).

When you find yourself trying to estimate the range of random people.

You try to herringbone off the road when the vehicle in front of you stops.

Said 'Roger' to my wife last week, the look she gave me......

When you try and attach something to an email and instinctively push CTRL+Left Windows

After a non stop 3 day session on DayZ epoch, I went into town to grab some food. An old old lady stopped her car and waved me over to let me cross the road......I immediately became suspicious that she was going to run me over and steal my briefcases of gold before I could make it to the trader.
