The Arma update broken things thread.

List bugs you find here.

Please read before posting so that the same problems are not reported 30 times each.
I think our modders have already had one heart attack this week.

NVGS (BAF) do not work in any Aim Down Sight for small arms, (scope, red dot, iron sights inc). Reported on L85, L86 and L110 with both eclan and acog.
Iron sight works with NVG on Land Rover .50cal

Medical system may need adjusting. Treating a wound now changes it to a 'partial' wound. Each injury takes many bandages to treat. Could be a bandage/wound type issue which would require training and loadouts changed to carry different types of bandage. (Be aware that new stamina is very unforgiving although workable)

Robbie, the NVGs not working down sights is not a bug. That's accurately modelled.

Does this mean we will no longer have nvgs for scopes?

His men would follow him anywhere, but only out of curiosity.

It means you have to turn the setting off in ACE3 with a new module.

I have no 100% clarification yet but I dont think the medical system actually changed. The partial wound message is just a change in the display. Remember that different bandages have a different effectiveness on different type of wounds. I saw some situations yesterday that indicate this situation.

1. Somebody had like a minor avulsion on a arm.
2. Person was using a quick cloth which is not the best bandage for this type of wound.
3. After applying one ACE3 shows a partial avulsion.

In the past you would just do the exact same thing but you did not get the partial wound message, you would just still have the wound showing as there and bleeding. So it might just be a change in display that is telling you and other people two things. The bandage you did use did not completly fix it, but it "partially" fixed it.

Also NVG's not working with sights meant "all" type of sights not just optics with zoom (which have not and should not work). It also includes ironsights and reflex sights which should work completly fine.

For completeness.  Our BAF helmets and vests offer no protection.  We'll get a hotfix out asap for this one.

Tap, are we the only ones affected by this or is it everyone? I know BI have just made quite an update to the way PPE works.

Several other mods have the same or similar issues. RHS and BWMod too for example.

Prior to the latest update, vests / helmets had a single armour value.  In v1.54 this was replaced with armour values per body location.  It's definitely a step in the right direction, but it means our equipment needs these values adding.

We've made the changes already, and plan on getting a hotfix out asap. Hopefully everything will be back to normal in time for our Sunday OP

I haven't bothered reading anything thoroughly but last night the 3CB IR/Flashlight weapon attachment didn't work in either mode.
