Does someone have this module where the game becomes a RTS-like game? How awesome would be a big game night where NATO and Russians would get orders from "real" commanders and you would fly over a dynamic battlefield?

What, like, say ARMA?
You remember that game guys, the one 3CB members play?  ;-)

OK, so I didn't realise that this was free...until today...

...just had my first flight in the TF-51, pretty nice actually.

Flight model feels alright, stall behaviour seems accurate, good feedback on controls when at entry to spin; spin recovery seemed pretty easy although it could actually be that way in this trainer aircraft, and I didn't try an inverted spin yet, gulp.

Loops, aileron rolls, immelmans, split-s, all felt just like they did in IL-2 which I'm happy about. Glad to see pos/neg g effect on pilot is modelled, haven't tried ripping the wings off yet but presume you can.

Landed fine on second attempt, after remembering that the TF-51 didn't have a fixed undercarriage, enjoyed the flare and speed fall off which felt good.

So, some questions;
  Multiplayer - how smoothly does the system update the position of other players planes? what's the damage collision model like? ...I love flying close formation aerobatics
  DLC's - I only have the free DCS World. What do I see if I fly with others in planes from the DLC's?
  Is there only 1 map? How big is it? Is it real life?

My setup:
  Saitek X45 HOTAS
  CH Rudder Pedals
  TrackIR

Extensive experience in IL-2 (WW2 combat), FS9 (including some VATSIM) and other older flight sims that you probably never played. ;-)

Well as Apollo said it was free I started downloading it last night, so I will join in on this fun as well.
