Quite a few people in 3CB have pre-ordered GTA V for PC, so I thought it'd be a good idea to make a list of who's go it.

I've used CJS in the past, never had an issue. Not sure if this is the Steam version of the game, but for those on a budget - this could be your chance ;)

So I found out last night that for the last week my house mate has been running a dedicated vice city server off of his PC.  So I got him to turn it off and I went from 110kb/s to 900kb/s, the download dropped from 6 days to 1...
