Star Wars Hype (turned slaughter)

Battlefront - meh (EA cant make good games anymore).
Movie - I dont care.

PS: I actually like Star Wars.

Certainly not in a cinema or in any other way where I have to spend money on that.

I never understood the hype about Battlefront. I played both Battlefront 1 and 2 and I dont get the fuss about it. Battlefront 1 was a solid game, not spectacular or great, it was just good. It came out in 2004 and that was the time when a lot of games tried to copy BF42, which came out two years earlier. In the end it was pretty much Battlefield with Star Wars. There was nothing wrong with that, it worked and was fun, it only had some balancing issues. Battlefront 2 was pretty much just the same. It did not really add anything new or interesting to it and when it came out it had outdated graphics and looked quite bad.

Now we come to Battlefront 3 and I dont really care about the game. The game is made by EA and they have not really made a good FPS since Bad Company 2. Their latest game BF:Hardline is a trainwreck of a game and I dont see any reasons why Battlefront 3 should become a great game. EA has been pulling crap for years now and there is no reason ehy they should do it differently. People still buy their games and  their biggest competitor Activision is doing the same gear every year. Since there is no real competition here and people still buy this crap, there is simply no reason to change anything at all.
