It has horrible "pop-in" issues though when you're moving quickly, even on PC. You can see cars sort of "materialize" out of thin air when you're driving on the highway.
Oh, and the world has serious Alzheimers going on. If you walk too far from any point it'll just magically be reset.
Cause a 25+ car crash ramming down dozens of signs/posts/lamps? Just walk ~two blocks in any direction, go back and...boom...everything is perfectly normal again xD
