Project Reality BF2: v 1.3 Standalone
I know some of you guys already have played Project Reality, but hey, there is a new version out and its pretty sweet. Reason? Standalone. So if you wanted to try Project Reality but did not own BF2, it is no longer a requirement anymore to play PR. Now we can all go out and take over the world together fighting pubbies or something.
If you haven't played Project Reality before it is a modification for Battlefield 2 that makes the game fairly realistic with suppression, quick deaths, etc. There are various modes for it as well such as AAS (Assault and Secure) and Insurgency (Blow up the caches) which are very fun in their own unique ways. Imagine huddling down on a street corner with your squad as a dump truck guns it towards you, and a friendly Scorpion engages and a huge explosion occurs. (Yes, insurgents got dem dump truck suicide vehicles). Anywho the servers usually can hold up to 100 or so players which means pretty huge battles of random people cooperating with each other in squads and such.
