Yes there will be in due course.
There's some more work to be done (poor Evrik!) and then at some point you'll see a public Steam release.

That's awesome thanks Apollo. The guys in my small New Zealand based unit really appreciate all the effort and details (not to mention game mechanics) you lads put into your mods. 
Always excited to see a 3CB update or release. Thanks for all the work you put in!

Thanks for the kind words. I am currently working on the Takistan Army (Nato-backed Blufor, old arma 2 style Indfor and Russia / Iran backed Opfor). They are about 70% done. After that, it is the Takistan Police and that will be the complete pack that will be released to the Community. While I am doing so, I am also fixing any issues I find, or are pointed out through feedback from the unit.

I finally got to look at this mod in detail yesterday afternoon. Guys, this is nothing short of amazing. The careful attention to detail is really showing. 
Hearts and Minds is a wonderful name for a teen romance novel, but I’ve always thought it to be a poor name for a counterinsurgency concept.
