Welcome all, the hard work doesn't stop here though. Don't forget it takes alot to keep this group running and if you want to add anything to our little band of happy campers we are always in need of modders and mission makers.
One of the main reasons I joined this group is because I wanted to find a community could really contribute to. So for my part, I'll eventually be able to add a new mission or two every month, either TvT or Co-op.
I would have made more content already but Howl and I have been working on a code base. I realise that you guys don't get to see the benefit of this work right now, but we're currently trying to generate a set of robust mission-making resources. We've built a wide-ranging code-base from scratch that handles a whole s**t load of different functions, above and beyond what f3 and other existing frameworks provide. For myself and Howl this will mean less time spent making each operation, without compromising on interesting gameplay. Hopefully it will be useful to other 3CB mission-makers too, but even if it's only myself and Howl who use it, it will still translate to more missions for us all to play.
We'll make a post about it when we're ready for a beta release, which will be in the first few months of 2015 probably. At this point I'll write up a little wiki and make the code available to other mission-makers in 3CB.
So yeah, if I don't add too many new missions in the next months or if some weeks I'm not around much on the public for a week here and there, i'm still very much putting the hours in. The end goal is to be able to focus on producing more and better missions for us all.
I know f**k about modding and texturing and configs and whatnot, so I can't be of any help there, but I can make missions out the ass. I hope this will suffice
