Yes, you can safely uninstall PwS and remove the .sync folder which contained roll-back's.

Many thanks to everybody involved in this, I'm so relieved about not having to use Pws any longer, and starting the game up now to get on the public or private takes about 2 seconds rather than the minutes that it took previously.

Was one of the main issue, glad they saw sense and made the move to arma3sync, far superior in every way, makes heavily modded A3 play worth it again.
