Alright guys im on the public at the moment and the map is showing up all active IEDs and when we disarm them they disappear, also been seeing lots of explosives randomly on the road (have screen shots if needed).

So the IED site leaves an object behind ? That's not right....

Are you sure it's not a secondary ?

The IEDs are being left behind when disarmed and a suicide bomber just south of the base appeared and is moving we found him straight away and killed him. random m112 demo charges i found randomly in the middle of the road i got screenshots of like 7 of them in a road i went up to them and checked to see if they was active but had no interaction with them.

I've just been chatting with Sven and looking at the screenies. The IED map markers is because the ALiVE IED module has had the debug option enabled when the mission was exported, so that's an easy fix. The non-interactable demo bricks scattered around is not something I can identify though... and thinking about it, we encountered a single one of them yesterday. I wonder whether something in the new ALiVE or CBA (if installed then) has gone wonky and spawned all those dummy explosives? I know ALiVE can spawn "fake IED" piles of rubbish etc near a real IED to make them less obvious, so maybe the list it selects the fakes from has derped?

There is also a CBA update released in the past hour or so and the tag on teamspeak says update repo :/ is that going to cause an issue

I think it's unlikely I set the IED debug on inside the module, more likely that an admin enabled it while in mission and forgot to switch it off again. I'll check when I get home.

There are some new features in the alive IED module, so we may be on a player/designer cycle until we get it fully understand and suitable. Keep the feedback coming.

Ok... wise-guys.... so no-one thought it was a good idea to mention that the IED's no longer give you visual warnings.
