Thanks - I had a blast too !

p.s. I will add the mission to the server rotation at the next opportunity - just need to make some tweaks that Scofer and I noticed.

Currently on the Altis mission (Tosca?), and would like to suggest that the relevant faction names (and an explanation of how to use the C2ISTAR module ideally) is included in the briefing, as I had to land my helo to explain to Aeobrix how to operate it, and we didn't know the correct factions. Also, as a pilot I'm finding the 1200m view distance cap on objects painfully restrictive - was that number chosen on the basis of testing the performance levels, or more of a guess? Because it seems to be running super-silky with not a huge number of spawns, and at least intuitively feels like it could be raised... 2000m is what I'd personally view as a minimum comfortable level for flying.

Well that's odd as it does have blacklists... Are you sure it was IED and not VBIED or a suicide bomber ?

SJ, do remember that the defined blacklist markers only exclude the centre of an ALiVE zone, not the periphery. A 500m radius blacklist marker could have a 1km IED zone spawn centred 1m outside the blacklist marker, and therefore cover damn near the entire zone.

Yes we normally over extend zones because of that, but the blacklist marker is as big as it normally would be. I can see if we can extend it, without covering off too much more of the central belt
